Then experience The Dining Room's Salish Signature Experience, a three-course menu by Chef de Cuisine Jack Strong featuring indigenous Northwest cuisine followed the next morning with our famous four-course Country Breakfast. During your stay, indulge your taste buds with a four-course dining experience hand selected for two by our Executive Chef , or select a la carte from The Dining Room menu with a credit up to $200. We will also send you away with a culinary themed amenity for you to enhance your epicurean experience at home. Package includes:
